Sales Reps and Dogs…

UGH I hate new sales reps… They never know what they are doing even though they like to think they do.

They are the all knowing Sales reps and “They have been selling long before I was a twinkle in my Mom and Dad’s eyes…” WHATEVER DUDE!

When it comes to my job I know what I am doing… I have been here with this company implementing the processes that we have in place (that are there for a reason… Duh!) for almost a year. “You have been here for 2 months…but hey you know everything…”

Why is it that an Inside rep has to hold your hand for everything that you “all ready know” When I tell you about something why do you say, “Sure I knew that.” Well if you flippen knew that then why did you do it the opposite way… Why are you so afraid of asking what the proper process is for something?

Do you need a baby sitter? Do I need to hold your hand when you cross the Fricken Street?!?!

I swear to God I feel like I am dealing with my dog sometimes… Like when she pees on the floor and I have been away and not able to let her out. Then I come home to a puddle on the rug. Well I can’t be mad at her because she doesn’t know any better but I still have to pick up the mess now!

Another thing why is it a “Sales rep” that has been doing this job longer then I have been alive needs me to explain Email educate to them? Unless you are Angry or ticked off you should never use more then one exclamation point to show excitement!!!!! (See how that works? Or do you need me to show you again?!?!)

I hate when people think that they know more then you but don’t. I would rather explain the process to you and have you do it right then have to go in after the Explosion and have to pick apart the situation to see why it went wrong in the first place.
